First of all, thank you to the fans who gave a lot of love and interest to AAA2020.

격상된 사회적 거리두기 시행으로 인해
아티스트와 스태프들의 안전을 위해 본 시상식의 일정이 변경되었습니다.
We are pleased to inform you that the AAA2020 schedule has been changed
for safety of all the artist and staff due to the implementation of elevated social distancing.

코로나 19로 인해 생중계 방송이 아닌 지연 방송으로 28일 진행됨을 양해바랍니다.
please understand that the broadcast will be delayed on 28th according to the COVID-19 quarantine instead of live streaming broadcast.


저희 AAA는 COVID-19을 대비한 수도권 거리두기 단계에 맞추어 방역 수칙을 철저히 준수하여 진행하며
최선을 다해 아티스트와 스텝들의 안전을 예방하도록 하겠습니다.
In preparation for COVID-19, AAA will throughly abide by the quarantine regulations in accordance
with the steps of distancing the metropolitan area, and do our best to prevent the safety of
all the artists and staffs.

*INFORMATION of Ticket Cancellation and Refund

기존 구매하신 분들에 한해 일정 변경 및 기타 사유로 인해 취소 및 환불을 원하시는 분들께는
생방송 송출 예정이던 11월 25일 수요일 오후 4시(KST)까지 구매처에서 취소수수료 없이
취소 및 환불해드릴 예정입니다.
For those who have already purchased and wish to cancel or refund due to a schedule change or other reasons,
we will cancel and refund without a cancellation fee until 4pm on Wednesday, November 25th(KST),
when the live-streaming was scheduled.
