The first drama OST 'With You', which Jimin of BTS participated in, set a great record by climbing to the top of the US Billboard Digital Song Sales Chart.
'With You' took first place on the Billboard Digital Song Sales Chart (sale in the US, May 5th) which was released on the 2nd local time,
This is a remarkable record achieved only by counting for 4 days and 10 hours, despite the unfavorable release time of 11 pm on Sunday.
The Billboard chart is ranked by record from every Friday to the following Thursday (local time in the United States) for the counting period, and it is announced at the dawn of Tuesday in Korea time.
With this, Jimin also set a record for the second Korean OST to top the Billboard Digital Song Sales chart with 'With You', his first solo activity in 10 years and his first OST.
This is even more meaningful as it is the first Korean OST to occupy the top spot since the counting method for the Billboard chart rankings was changed in January of this year, which now does not include duplicated purchases of music sources.
