BLACKPINK's Lisa's 'LALISA' surpasses 200M streaming on Spotify

South Korean girl group Black Pink's Lisa's solo song 'LALISA' has surpassed 200 million streaming on Spotify.

YG Entertainment announced on the 28th that "LALISA has surpassed 200 million streaming on Spotify."

This is about 7 months since it was released on September 10, 2021, and it is the second fastest record among K-pop solo female artists that achieved 200 million streams on Spotify.

The shortest record is Lisa's 'MONEY' for 65 days. Her Lisa proved her strong global reach by placing her name in both the 1st and 2nd places in her Spotify record.

It is the 4th song to exceed 200 million streaming among solo songs by a K-pop female artist. Prior to Lisa's two songs, the same Blackpink members Jennie's 'SOLO' and Rosé's 'On The Ground' surpassed 200 million streaming on Spotify.

Lisa's solo album title song 'LALISA' topped the iTunes Top Song Charts in 72 countries at the time of release, and topped the global YouTube Top 100 Songs for 2 weeks in a row. 'LALISA' proved its hot presence by recording #2 on the Billboard Global 200 Chart, #84 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart, and #64 on the UK Official Chart Single Top 100.

The music video for 'LALISA' also earned 73.6 million views within 24 hours of its release, giving it the title of 'Best Solo Artist in the World'. 

And it achieved 100 million views in two days, setting the shortest record for a K-pop solo artist, and surpassed 200 million views in about 13 days, 300 million views in 48 days, and 400 million views in 121 days, making it a ‘K-pop female solo artist’. He broke the record for the shortest time.
