After 3 years of debut, Stray Kids surpassed 1 million copies in the first week, winning the first grand prize. The group has been on the rise since leaving various records last year, is back with a new album. This album, which has developed their own color, is an album that shows 'leaders of the 4th generation of K-pop'.
Stray Kids will release their new mini-album 'ODDINARY' at 1 PM on the 18th. Prior to this, they held an online press conference to commemorate the release of the album at 11 am and discussed various things about the album, activity plans, and world tour.
The name of the new album is a combination of the two English words 'Odd' and 'Ordinary', meaning 'strange' and 'ordinary'. The ambiguous titles such as 'GO生', 'God's Menu', 'IN生', and 'NOEASY' stand out with Stray Kids' unique naming method.
Seungmin said, "It's an album that adds novelty to the charm of Stray Kids, who have strong individuality," and "I wanted to convey the message, 'Even ordinary people have at least one strange side, that is, strange things are ordinary'."
