Girl group BLACKPINK member Lisa topped the Gaon Weekly Album Chart by counting only half a day of her first solo album release.

According to Gaon Chart on the 16th, Lisa's first solo single album 'LALISA', released at 1 pm on the 10th, ranked first in the album category in the 37th week of 2021 (2021.09.05 ~ 2021.09.11).

Kit (KiT), another form of 'LALISA' physical album, also climbed to the top of the list, proving its unmatched solo power.

In addition, it is estimated that the actual sales volume would have been much higher, considering that some of the exports to the US and Europe were not counted as the limited edition LPs that have not yet been shipped.

Lisa's position in the first place was predicted early on by several indicators. Since the pre-order amount of 800,000 copies was recorded only during the pre-order period, and about 490,000 copies were sold until the previous day (based on the cumulative Hanteo Chart), it is expected that the record for the highest Initial release sales by a K-pop female solo artist will be achieved.

The music video for 'LALISA' also recorded 73.6 million views in the 24 hours after it was released on YouTube, breaking the world record for a solo artist. And after surpassing 100 million views in two days, breaking the new record for the shortest time as a K-pop solo artist, it has been maintaining the top position for the most viewed video on YouTube for 6 days.

The soundtrack of 'LALISA' is also very hot. After touring the top of iTunes Top Song Charts in 72 countries so far, it entered the 15th spot on the Spotify global chart.
