On the first day of the new year, 'SMTOWN LIVE', which was broadcast live for free around the world, was enjoyed by 35.83 million viewers from 186 countries.

'SMTOWN LIVE Culture Humanity' is broadcast on various platforms such as Naver V LIVE, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc. from 1pm Korean time on January 1st. It was broadcast to the world for free.

This performance confirmed the explosive interest by recording about 35.83 million streaming in 186 countries. This is the largest viewing record ever in Korean online concerts.

In the opening video that opened the stage of the performance on the day, the general producer of SM Entertainment Lee Soo-man appeared and said that "Music has no barriers. Without language, we can communicate, and it is a great comfort and healing to each other and to each other. SM and I are trying to provide such music to you." 


He stressed that the core of CT (Culture Technology) is 'Humanity'. 

"Today's free concert is to bless and celebrate the humanity of SM fans who are together. Let's be kind, be humble, be the love for a better world," he added.
