South Korean actor Kang Ji-hwan, whose real name is Cho Tae Gyu, was arrested without a warrant on suspicion of sexual assault and molest. Huayi Brothers, his agency and his TV drama 'Joseon survival period' are trying to identify the situation.
Gyeonggi Province police arrested Kang Ji-hwan at 10:50 pm on Oct. 9 on suspicion of raping a woman and molesting another under the special law on punishment of sexual assault crime.
According to the police, Kang Ji-hwan has been accused of sexually assaulting A and B after drinking alcohol at home with two, who are employees of his label. He was told by the police "I am drunk and can not remember it at all".
