South Korean signer Jung Joon Young was taken to detention center after hearing.
On March 21, he arrived at the Seoul Central District Court for hearing and delivered a statement to the press outside the court. He apologized and admitted responsibility for the charges.
"I am so sorry. I did commit a crime that cannot be forgiven. I admit to all charges against me. I will not challenge the charges by the investigative agency, and I will humbly accept the decision. Again, I bow my head in apology to the women who were victimized by my actions, other women who are given secondary damages without any basis, and everyone who had sent me supports and love."
Following the hearing, he is now escorted in handcuffs to a central Seoul police station, where he remains in custody.
