Seungri of South Korean idol group Big Bang member applied for postponement to the South Korean military enrollment. But, the Seoul Regional Military Manpower Administration said that "There was a missing document and so we demanded a supplement."
Lawyer Son Byeong-ho said that "Seungri has completed a request for postpone at 3:30 pm today.", on March 18.
Since then, an official from the Military Manpower Administration said, "Though Seungri has submitted the application through a representative on the same day, but it was not officially accepted because the paper for the power of attorney was missing."
