Seungri Summoned for Police Investigation

Seungri of idol group BIG BANG who acted as a former executive of Burning Sun, a club in posh Gangnam area, was summoned for police investigation on charge of providing sexual services. 

On Sunday a, the police accelerated their probe into sexual bribery allegations involving Seungri. He is now booked as a suspect and as more suspicions were risen. 

According to News 1, a news agency in Korea, Seoul Metropolitan Police has announced that "“To secure a warrant for the raid aimed at addressing suspicions, we have booked Seungri as a suspect."

Police is investigation a case that Seungri used ARENA, another night club in Seoul’s Gangnam district for lobbying and even attempted to introduce escorts to foreigners to encourage them to invest in his business ventures. Police raided ARENA. Seoul Metropolitan Police last Friday raided for 3 hours sending 20 staff including digital staffs to investigate the place. 

Seungri has announced through YG Entertainment that he will join the Army on March 25. But his future remains to be seen as he now became a suspect.
