South Korean fantasy film 'Along with the Gods: The Last 49 Days' exceeded 6 million viewers on the 5th day after release, setting new ticket sales records.

According to the Korean Film Commission, the movie had exceeded 6 million viewers at 5:40 PM on Sunday. This is the shortest time to reach 6 million. 

The movie also attracted 1.46 million people on Saturday alone, the highest ever number of viewers in a single day for the country's movie industry. 


There is a lot of interest as the movie is setting news record everyday. The movie also made p a record of the best pre-sale rate for Korean movies, the highest opening score on its first day, and the highest number of spectators in a single day.
