South Korean trot singer Jang Yoon Jung’s mother Yook Heung-bok again made a headline once again for financial trouble again.
Yook was arrested for fraud charge. Yook allegedly borrowed 400 million won (about 36,000 USD) from an acquaintance between 2015 to 2017 and not returning it. As Yook did not return the money, the acquaintance filed a complaint.
Police obtained an arrest warrant and apprehended her on June 12 in Gyeonggi Yangpyeong. Yook insisted that she has borrowed the money but denied fraud charge.
