South Korean singer and actress IU as involved in the 2018 Ice Bucket Challenge.
IU has posted a video of her doing the Ice Bucket Challenge on her instagram on June 3.
The 2018 Ice Bucket Challenge is a campaign for the construction of the first Rougecar Hospital in Korea. IU says that Jung Eun-ji of APINK has selected her so she participated in this challenge.
IU also has urged people's awareness and attention, saying "I hope my participation become a little bit of help and support to ALS patients, families, and people engaged in building ALS hospital".
Finally, IU has chosen actress Kang Han na, lyricist Kim I-na, and singer Seonwoo Jeong-ah as next participants.
