Suzy Apologized for Mistakenly Criticizing Wrong Studio

As Once Picture Studio is wrongly criticized for being the place where Yang was victimized, the studio announced to take a legal action to suzy. JYP Entertainment als said that they will seek for professional opinion after consulting with legal adviser. 

On 21, JYP said that Suzy tried to directly apologize to the studio, however, the studio said that it would like to contact the lawyer instead of receiving an apology directly. We have heard about this and we will seek advice from lawyers in the future." 

Previously, Youtube creator Yang Ye Won had posted a message on her Facebook, with the title, “I am a victim of a sex crime,” and uploaded a video on her channel. Through the post and the video, she talked about being sexually harassed three years ago. 

And then on May 17, through her personal Instagram story, Suzy revealed that she had signed in support of the petition titled, “Hap Jung XXXX Illegal Nude Filming,” which was posted on the message board for government petitions. As of May 18 in the morning, support for the petition has risen rapidly to 100,000 participants. 

On the 21st, the studio's executive said that he will take legal action to Suzy and this is nothing to do with Yang. 

The director said, "Yang said 6:00 am on May 17th that the shooting date of the victim was before we open the studio and the studio has been remodeled since then, so it has nothing to do with the case.  Nevertheless, the National Petition exposed to our studio affiliation, and Suzy agreed to the petition."
