The still cut of Seryeong Village in highly anticipated movie 'Seven Years of Night' were finally revealed.

On 19th, CJ Entertainment has revealed the village still cut for the 'Seven Years of Night', starring Ryu Seung-ryong and Jang Dong-geun.

'Seven Years of Night' is the story of seven years ago, the man Choi Hyun-soo (Ryu Seung-ryong) who lost everything due to a sudden accidental murder and Oh Yeong-jae (Jang Dong-gun) who lost a daughter for the accident and plans revenge.

The space where all events occur in 'Seven Years Night', such as the castle of Oh Yeong-jae, the forest with dense fog, the secluded lake, and the huge-scaled dam, is the other main character of the film, Seryeong Village. The panoramic view of the village of Seongreung, surrounded by huge mountains, and the marina of the lake with its submerged villages captivate viewers with a dark and mysterious atmosphere.

In order to realize the village which was only in the imagination of so many readers, the producers of 'Seven Years of Night' produced a vivid visual for a staggering ten months. The gigantic scale lake was photographed in various national lakes including Okjeong Lake in North Jeolla Province and Wonnam Reservoir in Chungbuk Province. The overwhelming dam was also photographed at Daecheong Dam in Daejeon.

Jeong Yoo Jung, who wrote the original novel 'Seven Years of Night', said that"When I write a novel, I draw the whole picture and write it down to the circulation of the characters. It seems very exciting to see the recreated Seryeong village on the screen." The director Choo Chang Min said that "The most important thing was the village" and expressed his desire to realize something more than the audience imagined.

'Seven Years of Night' is scheduled to release on the 28th.
