South Korean girl group Mamamoo and singer Crush will attend the second '2017 Asia Artist Awards'.

Momamoo and singer Crush will be attending the '2017 Asia Artist Awards' (Organizing Committee Chairman Yoon-ho Jang, 2017 Asian Artist Awards), the first ceremony of combining both song and drama category. 

After the debut in 2014, Mamamoo was selected the top five K-pop artist by the US Billboard. In addition to its powerful singing ability and charismatic performance, it has settled its position as a talented girl group. Mamamoo topped number one spot in various music charts after publishing the fifth mini album 'Purple' in June.

R&B singer and songwriter Crush made its debut in 2015 and published 'Crush on You'(featuring Crush) in February and gained popularity. 

Mamamoo and Crush's performance will make the AAA, which is the second time this year, richer. Especially the their unique and strong voice raised the expectations and expected o capture the audience's ears.

The awardees are selected based on big data through global aggregation of Asian and Korean fans from various countries in Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Argentina and Mexico. 

As 'Popularity Award' is selected based on 100% of fan's votes, thus fans from all over the world are paying attention. The number of vote participants are expected to increase as fans can help and select the awardee for their favorite stars. Last year's honor were given to Exo, Exo's Baek hyun, and Yoona of SNSD.

This year, 'AAA' will be held in bigger scale with 20 singers (or groups) and 20 actors and actresses from home and abroad and 7,000 people will enjoy the biggest event together. The most popular idol Wanna One is already confirmed participation and further lineup is expected to be released soon.
